In order to assess the condition of the building facilities for commissioning and maintenance, the systems are checked with state-of-the-art measuring equipment by our customer service in accordance with the applicable DIN directives, VDMA and hygiene expectations in accordance with VDI 6022.
Our first-hand service ensures optimal energy-saving operation of your ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems and safety-related systems.
Our services also include kitchen exhaust, ventilation, air conditioning duct cleaning and system cleaning as well as fire protection cleaning and maintenance. Depending on the maintenance contract, we offer our services around the clock or within individually pre-arranged periods.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance serves economic operation, increases the reliability, reduces failures and extends the life of the equipment. By now we manage deutschlandweit more than 1,000 facility technology installations throughout Germany. In accordance with our service or maintenance contracts, we will be with you as soon as possible if equipment fails. For this we offer exclusive contracts with a guaranteed reaction time of 4 or 6 hours.

Hygiene maintenance requirements for ventilation and air conditioning systems according to VDI 6022:
Ventilation systems should be checked regularly for microorganisms, fungi and bacteria. Circulating water from spray humidifiers, adiabatic scrubbers and cooling towers etc.must be examined every two weeks for potential Legionella infestation.
RLT systems with adiabatic scrubbers and spray humidifiers should be examined every two years, while systems with steam humidification and other systems must be tested every three years.
