An example from our workshop is weather protection ventilation grilles for ventilation and air conditioning systems. They prevent rainwater from entering supply or exhaust air openings in buildings and are an important component of air handling systems as well as natural ventilation in building complexes.
Our ventilation grilles are manufactured with horizontal louvers that are optimally designed for protection and minimal pressure loss. The standard version includes bird protection, upon request, we also produce versions with perforated frames or custom dimensions and materials.
Thanks to our in-house manufacturing, we can fulfill orders at short notice, including special dimensions, specific colors or materials, while guaranteeing the highest quality and a strong customer focus.

Maintenance
Maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning systems
The company Wuttke Klimatechnik maintains more than 1,000 building services systems in Saxony-Anhalt as well as throughout Central and Eastern Germany, ensuring the smooth operation of ventilation and air conditioning systems. Regular maintenance increases efficiency and operational reliability and reduces the risk of failures, while also significantly extending the service life of the systems.
We offer customized, system-specific maintenance contracts in accordance with VDMA guidelines (link).
For commissioning and maintenance, we use state-of-the-art measuring equipment and comply with applicable DIN standards, VDMA guidelines and hygiene requirements according to VDI 6022 (also link). Our customer service staff receive continuous training to ensure full compliance with regulations.
Special attention is given to hygienic maintenance of air handling systems in accordance with VDI 6022:
- Regular inspection for microorganisms, fungi and bacteria.
- Testing of recirculating water in spray humidifiers, adiabatic scrubbers and cooling towers for Legionella every two weeks.
- Inspection of air handling systems with adiabatic scrubbers and spray humidifiers every two years.
- Inspection of systems with steam humidification and other systems every three years.
Regular maintenance ensures safe operating conditions, compliance with standards and a long service life of the systems, and minimizes the risk of unplanned failures.

In addition, we handle the cleaning of kitchen exhaust ducts, as well as the cleaning of ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration ducts, along with fire protection maintenance work – all carried out by trained and experienced specialists.
