We also offer our services to private clients whose requirements involve professional air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation technology. Our focus in the private customer sector is on single- and two-family homes as well as selected residential properties with higher technical and energy efficiency requirements.
Who are our services suitable for?
Our typical private customers are families or couples living in single-family homes who want to implement efficient air conditioning for living, working or recreational spaces. These are often new builds or existing properties where specific energy efficiency standards (e.g. KfW standards) must be met.
Requests in the area of conventional rental apartments or very small properties (e.g. individual small apartments or bungalows with minimal requirements) are generally not part of our scope of services.
Our services for private customers
For private clients, we essentially provide the same high-quality services that we also offer to commercial customers:
- Consulting and technical design of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Installation of air conditioning systems with multiple indoor units for cooling several rooms
- Optimization of existing systems in terms of performance, efficiency and control.
- Implementation of air-to-air heat pump solutions for air conditioning purposes.
The selection of suitable equipment, coordination with the building conditions, and professional installation are carried out by our experienced specialists. Heating technology itself, e.g. conventional heating systems, is not part of our scope of services and is carried out by specialized contractors.
