Important information on the use of our whistleblower system:

• All employees as well as our business partners (customers and suppliers) are entitled to submit reports (whistleblower reports).
• Of course, you may also submit your reports anonymously, i.e., without providing any personal information that could identify you. However, the investigation of a violation may in some cases be more effective if you provide your contact details. Your identity will generally not be disclosed to anyone other than the respective case handler, their team, and any relevant departments or bodies involved, unless you have given your explicit consent (exceptions may apply in particular in the case of official investigations or court proceedings).
• Only the case handler and their team will initially have access to your report and will accompany the further essential steps of the investigation. Unauthorized employees do not have access to your report. All information contained in your report is treated as strictly confidential.
• When you submit a report, you can view the processing status of your report in your personal login area. Through this login area, the case handler and their team also have the possibility to contact you confidentially if further questions arise. In addition, you may provide further information at any time. The required login data will be provided to you after submitting your report. These access credentials (username and password) are generated automatically. Please make sure to remember these login details. This login area is also available if you submit your report anonymously. In this case, your anonymity will be preserved.
• The whistleblower system serves to receive reports of violations of laws, the code of conduct, and internal policies. For general complaints or questions about our products or product warranties, please contact our general contact address.
• Please only submit reports if you are certain that the facts you provide are true. Knowingly false statements or untrue facts must be avoided, as the whistleblower may otherwise be liable to prosecution. In case of doubt, please indicate that your report is a suspicion or a statement made by a third party.
• After receipt of your report, you will receive a confirmation of receipt in your login area. Subsequently, you will receive feedback from the case handler or their team within a maximum of three months after receipt of the report regarding the planned or already taken follow-up measures and the reasons for these measures (e.g., internal investigations or inquiries). If you have provided your email address, you will also be informed of each current processing status by email in your login area.
