Apprenticeship at Wuttke
We are a recognized and certified training company and offer a solid entry into technical professions in building services, air conditioning and refrigeration technology. At our site, we train, among others, plant and industrial mechanics, mechatronics technicians for refrigeration technology, and electronics technicians for energy and building technology.
During your apprenticeship, experienced specialists and qualified trainers provide you with practical knowledge in ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, modern building services technology, as well as installation and service processes. You will be gradually prepared for the final skilled worker examination and work as part of an established and supportive team from the very beginning.

Additional information on the apprenticeship for mechatronics technicians for refrigeration technology is also provided by the Federal Guild Association of the German Refrigeration Engineering Trade (BiV).
Requirements for an apprenticeship with us in Magdeburg:
- Secondary school certificate
- Good grades in German and Mathematics
- Manual skills and technical interest
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, and a strong hands-on mentality
Assembly work outside Magdeburg is compensated with a subsistence allowance. We cover travel expenses to the company throughout the entire training period.

Internship positions during studies
We offer students from various fields the opportunity to complete a paid internship as part of their studies in a technically demanding and practice-oriented environment.
In doing so, you will gain real insights into the processes of a modern company in ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technology as well as related commercial and technical areas.
Currently, we can offer internship positions for the following degree programs, among others:
- Business Administration, especially with a focus on marketing or corporate organization
- Engineering degree programs, e.g. mechanical engineering
- Industrial Engineering (Mechanical Engineering and Logistics)
- Integrated Design Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Building services engineering
The requirement for an internship is the completion of at least three semesters of a bachelor’s degree program, appropriate academic performance, and a minimum internship duration of three months. This ensures that you can be actively involved in ongoing projects and gain real value from the internship.
